If you'd rather buy something already built, whatever is on the floor is listed in the store. We don't price match. Our prices are fair for the work we do, for the parts involved, and for the quality that comes back to you.

We tell you when it's ready
Most of the time you won't have to chase us — we reach out as soon as your device is ready. If you'd rather check, call or text 413-234-4313 with your name and we'll tell you exactly where it stands.
It's backed after you leave
If something's not right after the repair, we'll take another look. We stand behind our work. Follow-up problems tied to the original repair are handled at no extra cost. A separate, unrelated issue is a separate repair, and we'll tell you which one you're looking at before we do anything.

Do you sell gaming PC components?
Some. We keep a limited stock of PC components, and most of what we hold is earmarked for builds and repairs in the shop. If you need something specific, call 413-234-4313 and ask — sometimes we've got it.
Can I buy a machine that's already built?
Yes. Alongside built-to-order systems we sell finished machines off the floor, and the Gaming PC category in our store is the live list. Inventory rotates, so check it before you make the drive.
Do you offer payment plans or layaway?
We don't offer formal financing, but we can hold a device with a non-refundable deposit while you pay the remaining balance within about a week or two. Ask in-store for current terms.
