Credit / Debit Card Fee

Card transactions carry a 3.5% processing fee. That fee isn't ours — we don't collect it. It covers the cost of the Square card terminal. Paying cash avoids it.

Limitation of Liability

By doing business with us, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold PHYX LLC harmless from any claims or damages of any kind that may arise from repair work we perform on your device.

We stand behind our repairs. If your device has an issue after we've worked on it, tell us right away — we'll diagnose it and replace any defective part we used in the original repair.

Our coverage does not extend to new physical damage or water damage that happens after the repair. Orders from the online store can be returned within 5 days of delivery, in the same condition, with return shipping paid by you. Repairs and devices bought at the counter are final — no cash refunds. Please make sure everything is to your liking before you leave the shop. And if something does seem off, we're always glad to help.
