Credit/Debit Card Fee

Card transactions at PHYX LLC incur a 3.5% fee. It’s not us, we do not collect that fee. There are costs associated with using a card because of the Square terminal costs.

Limitation of Liability

All clients doing business with us must agree to release, indemnify, and hold PHYX LLC from liability for any claims or damages of any kind or description that may arise from any repair work performed by us on your electronic device.

If your repaired device seems to be having issues after our repair, please let us know right away. We will be happy to diagnose and replace any defective parts that were used during the original repair. Please keep in mind that our warranty policy doesn’t cover physical damage or water damage incurred after the initial repair.

We also don’t provide refunds on purchased devices or repairs. Please make sure that everything is to your liking when you are here to make your purchase and before leaving the shop.  Again, if there seems to be some kind of issue we will gladly help you.
