  • We mainly fix and sell phones, tablets, and computers. We also offer consignment services, general computer services like system backup and consolidation, iPhone/iPad backup, media transfers. If you need help with something, just ask!

  • The repair price we give includes parts and labor.

  • Yes, if it's indeed the right part.

  • We’re happy to take a look at your device to see if we can solve the issue in a short amount of time. If the issue is solved you would then have to pay for the cost of the repair. For any labor intensive or more involved repairs that still do not produce a favorable result after considerable efforts, a small bench fee will apply.

  • The most we can do is try to get the unit to boot in order to get important data off. Phones aren’t designed to be submerged or exposed to liquid but sometimes by changing parts the phone has a chance of survival.

  • Yes, we sell a large selection of Macs and PCs, both laptops and desktops alike. We also sell tablets and phones.

  • Yes, we do standard upgrades on desktops and laptops. Just ask us about what you need.

  • Yes, we do if we need it. Ask us about why you have. Sending pics via text or on Facebook always helps.

  • No, sorry. But we can ship any items to you with prepayment via CashApp.

  • Most repairs are done within hours, some in minutes. More involved repairs such as logic board issues, water damage, or data recovery can take a week or more. Some things will need to be outsourced so you’d have to be patient if it’s a more involved circumstance.

  • Our policy is that we do not accept returns. We don’t offer money back and all sales are final. If there is an issue with a product that you have bought from us we are happy to help you by fixing it or doing an exchange. If you have bought something and you want to bring it back for something at the shop that’s okay, too.

  • No, unfortunately we don't. But we can take a non-refundable deposit for an item and you could pay the rest within a week's time. That’s the best we can do.

  • No we do not. If your screen is cracked, you'll have to move on. If there is some other issue such as no image, we might be able to help.

  • Technically all new parts are aftermarket. We use a combination of OEM pulls from other phones but otherwise we order the parts that we need, most of which are great but not made in the USA nor are they made by Apple, Samsung, or LG. We do, however sell original power equipment, devices, and accessories.

  • Sorry but rice doesn’t help. We’ll see what we can do though.

  • Sometimes when phones are dropped, smashed, or otherwise exposed to forces, it can cause the Face ID to fail for that reason, or no reason at all. It is, afterall, super delicate.

  • We can (factory) unlock, manipulate, and remove Google account locks on most Samsung model phones. We can carrier switch on iPhones, which is not the same as a factory unlock. The phone will still owe any financial obligations. Some LG phones can't be unlocked. We can also remove passcodes on iPhones and iPads but you would have to then have to know the Apple ID information to get back into the unit.

  • We fix a lot of phone screens/other issues and tablets. We also do a lot of computers and some game consoles.

  • Yes, but we strongly recommend that you backup your device before you bring it in. If you need help, we can help you with that process. Just ask.

  • If you have an issue with something after a repair you can let us know. Most of the time we are able to help.

  • We have been in business for 6 years now helping customers from Western MA Vermont, and northern CT.

  • No, because we’ll direct you to explore your limited warranty with the manufacturer or your company. We primary work on items that are already out of warranty.

  • Yes, we of course carry most parts for the popular phones that are out there. We carry mostly everything for Apple iPhones and iPads, Samsung phones, and LG phones. We will order any part that's needed for you repair if we don't have it and we'll let you know when it comes. A deposit will be required for any part that we order. Deposits can be left electronically or in person.
