Game Console Repair in Springfield, MA

PS5 HDMI ports, Xbox power faults, Nintendo Switch screens — get back in the game.

Console repair is a real part of what this shop does, not a sideline. PS5 HDMI port repair is the console job we do most, and the HDMI and micro-soldering work is done by a specialist rather than guessed at. You get the price before we start. We don't price match. Our prices are fair for the work we do, for the parts involved, and for the quality that comes back to you.

How it actually goes

From the counter to the bench

  1. Walk in — no appointment

We don't take appointments. Come to 95 Mill Street, Suite B1 in Springfield during shop hours and we'll look at it at the counter. If you want to check wait time or parts availability before you make the drive, text 413-234-4313 first.

  2. The look is free

We diagnose it in front of you and give you the price before we touch it. The quote covers parts and labor, there's no obligation, and no work starts until you say yes. The one exception we'll always warn you about first: a labor-heavy teardown that still doesn't produce a working device can carry a bench fee, and you'll hear that before you leave it with us.

  3. The soldering goes to the specialist

HDMI port work and micro-soldering are done by our specialist, and he works weekdays. Console repairs typically take one to two business days — but a console dropped off on a Friday or a Saturday is usually ready the following Tuesday, sometimes Wednesday. We'd rather you hear that up front than wonder over the weekend.

  4. We tell you when it's ready

Most of the time you won't have to chase us — we reach out as soon as your device is ready. If you'd rather check, call or text 413-234-4313 with your name and we'll tell you exactly where it stands.

  5. It's backed after you leave

If something's not right after the repair, we'll take another look. We stand behind our work. Follow-up problems tied to the original repair are handled at no extra cost. A separate, unrelated issue is a separate repair, and we'll tell you which one you're looking at before we do anything.

Straight answers

Questions we get at the counter

Can you fix my PS5, Xbox, or Nintendo Switch?

Yes. We handle PS5 HDMI port failures, Xbox power issues, and Nintendo Switch screen replacements and power issues. Bring the console to 95 Mill Street, Suite B1 in Springfield and we'll get you back in the game.

How long does a console repair take?

Typically one to two business days. The thing to plan around: our HDMI and micro-soldering specialist works weekdays only, so a console dropped off Friday or Saturday is usually ready the following Tuesday, sometimes Wednesday. Text 413-234-4313 with your console model and we'll tell you where the queue stands.

Do you fix controllers?

We fix stick drift on Xbox and PlayStation 5 controllers — that's the controller repair we do. If yours has something more seriously wrong, bring it in and we'll take $10 off a different controller for you.

Do you fix retro or older consoles — PS2, PS3, DS, 3DS, PSP?

Sometimes. Our in-house focus is modern consoles — PS4, PS5, Xbox Series, Switch. For older and retro hardware we have a provider who works on legacy machines. Call or text 413-234-4313, describe what's wrong, and we'll check with him and come back to you with a yes or a no before you bring anything in.

Do you repair Meta Quest or other VR headsets?

Sometimes. We've fixed certain Meta Quest problems and not others — it depends on the fault. Call or text 413-234-4313, tell us what's wrong, and we'll check with our Quest provider and come back to you with an answer before you make the trip.
