Phone Repair in Springfield, MA

iPhone & Android screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras — most done same day.

We've been fixing Western Mass phones out of Springfield since 2015. Every repair is quoted before we touch the phone, the quote covers parts and labor, and you know which part is going in before it goes in. We don't price match. Our prices are fair for the work we do, for the parts involved, and for the quality that comes back to you. If something isn't right after you leave, you bring it back — if something's not right after the repair, we'll take another look. We stand behind our work.

What comes across the bench

What we handle

  • Cracked and shattered iPhone and Android screens
  • Shattered or cracked back glass on iPhone and Samsung
  • Batteries that drain fast or shut the phone off before it hits zero
  • Charging ports that are loose, unresponsive, or won't charge
  • Cameras
  • No image, lines, or discoloration with the glass still intact — usually the LCD, sometimes the logic board not putting out video
  • Phones that won't power on at all — usually a battery, charging port, or logic-board fault, not a dead phone
  • Water-damaged phones — bring it in as fast as you can, skip the rice, and don't try to power it on yourself
  • Passcode removal on iPhone and iPad, and Google account locks on most Samsung models (this wipes the device)

How it actually goes

From the counter to the bench

  1. Walk in — no appointment

We don't take appointments. Come to 95 Mill Street, Suite B1 in Springfield during shop hours and we'll look at it at the counter. If you want to check wait time or parts availability before you make the drive, text 413-234-4313 first.

  2. The look is free

We diagnose it in front of you and give you the price before we touch it. The quote covers parts and labor, there's no obligation, and no work starts until you say yes. The one exception we'll always warn you about first: a labor-heavy teardown that still doesn't produce a working device can carry a bench fee, and you'll hear that before you leave it with us.

  3. You know which part is going in

OEM pulls, new OEM, or high-quality aftermarket — which one depends on the model, on what you want, and on what the part costs. On some models the aftermarket screen is as good as the OEM; on some you get a choice; on some there's only OEM. We tell you what's going into your device before we do it.

  4. Most screens and batteries are done the same day

Most screen and battery repairs are finished within a few hours. More involved work — logic-board faults, water damage, data recovery — can take up to a week or longer if parts have to be ordered or one of our specialists has to be involved.

  5. We tell you when it's ready

Most of the time you won't have to chase us — we reach out as soon as your device is ready. If you'd rather check, call or text 413-234-4313 with your name and we'll tell you exactly where it stands.

  6. It's backed after you leave

If something's not right after the repair, we'll take another look. We stand behind our work. Follow-up problems tied to the original repair are handled at no extra cost. A separate, unrelated issue is a separate repair, and we'll tell you which one you're looking at before we do anything.

Straight answers

Questions we get at the counter

How much does it cost to fix a cracked iPhone screen in Springfield, MA?

It depends on the model — an older iPhone SE or 8 screen is a fraction of what a current Pro Max screen costs, because the parts cost that differently. Whatever we quote covers parts and labor, and you get the number before we touch the phone. Text 413-234-4313 with your model and we'll give you the exact price on the spot.

Will Face ID still work after you replace my screen?

In most cases, yes — replacing the screen doesn't touch Face ID. If something Face-ID-related was damaged in the same drop, it won't come back, and we'll tell you that's a possibility before we start. Face ID itself isn't something we repair at this store; if you need it working we can send it out to one of our specialists, and we'll get you the cost before anything happens.

Do you use original Apple or Samsung parts?

A mix: OEM pulls from other devices, new OEM parts, and high-quality aftermarket. It depends on the model, on what you want, and on what the part costs. On some models the aftermarket screen is as good as the OEM and that's what we buy; on some you've got a choice and you pick; on some there's only OEM. Either way, we tell you what's going into your device before we do it.

My phone got wet — can it still be saved?

We'll do everything we can to get it to boot so you can pull your data off — phones aren't built to survive liquid. Whether it works depends on how long it was exposed and what got hit. Bring it in as soon as you can, skip the rice (it doesn't work), and don't try to power it on yourself. Don't wait — every day makes it worse.

Is it cheaper to repair my phone or buy a new one?

For most cracked screens, battery problems, or charging ports, a repair costs a lot less than replacing the phone. We'll also tell you honestly when it isn't worth fixing — we've told plenty of customers to put the money toward one of our used or refurbished phones instead, and plenty of others that their phone is absolutely worth fixing. It depends on the device.
