Drones are the one thing on this list we can't promise you. We take them sometimes and sometimes we can't, it's DJI only, and we were doing more of them a while back than we do now. So this is not a standing bench service like phone or console repair, and we'd rather say that plainly than have you load a drone into the car for nothing. How it actually goes

From the counter to the bench

   Text before you come — this one is not optional

   Tell us the model and what happened. Text 413-234-4313 — photos help. Drones are the one service where the answer might be no, and we'd much rather tell you that over the phone than have you drive to Springfield for it.

2. 02

   If it's a yes, it comes in like anything else

   From there it's the same bench and the same rules as every other repair on this site: you get looked at, quoted, and told what's happening before anyone touches it. If it's a no, you've spent a text instead of a trip.

3. 03

   The look is free

   We diagnose it in front of you and give you the price before we touch it. The quote covers parts and labor, there's no obligation, and no work starts until you say yes. The one exception we'll always warn you about first: a labor-heavy teardown that still doesn't produce a working device can carry a bench fee, and you'll hear that before you leave it with us.

4. 04

   We tell you when it's ready

   Most of the time you won't have to chase us — we reach out as soon as your device is ready. If you'd rather check, call or text 413-234-4313 with your name and we'll tell you exactly where it stands.

5. 05

   It's backed after you leave

   If something's not right after the repair, we'll take another look. We stand behind our work. Follow-up problems tied to the original repair are handled at no extra cost. A separate, unrelated issue is a separate repair, and we'll tell you which one you're looking at before we do anything.
